O2 mobile phone SIMs in dongles

If I put an 02 Data Big Bundle SIM at 7GB per month for a mobile phone in an 02 mobile broadband dongle  would I get 7GB per month on my laptop, like as if it were for mobile broadband? Would it work?

Would I be able to activate the SIM card in the dongle and would I be able to keep it in the dongle all the time, and just top it up with an 02 voucher now and again?

I currently use '3' mobile broadband dongle and top up £10 a month for 1GB, but if I put the O2 SIM in a Unlocked dongle would I get the 7GB per month instead? Is there a catch?

Well, for me it doesn't. But then I don't think I have used 4GB in one session (If that's what you mean) But if you do have to reconnect after 4GB then it's no big deal really.
