New customer can't get o2 app to work .
1st call 45 mins no answers told to reinstall and change password. Didn't work two more calls with being passed on to other departments total 1.30 mins wasted on call .. still no help.
Is this normal for o2 still no answers and a app that dont work ?

You can access the same, for the most part, info via any browser and https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
And if that fails, you have no option but to Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - I find that the Social Media section of the doc above gets you through to a skilled support team who, with a little persistence, can address most issues much better than the call center staff. I use X, but any of the links will work. And be persistent, @Badgerking.
Also reboot your phone after uninstalling the app, it has been known to help when you then reinstall if a reboot or phone restart has been performed. Good luck!
