Hi all.ported a number from three last week to o2. I have ended up with a split line and calls and texts going to both new and old phones. Called o2 numerous times to rectify problem and advised 24/48/72 hours as requested pac files but nothing. Same answers from CS and made a complaint but no replys. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks

@Sas

Only CS can help I'm afraid. Numerous problems with porting unfortunately.

Contact O2 on any of the numbers in this guide. They open at 8am

@Sas

Number ports and transfers have been delayed recently.

You'll need to call customer service for help as we can't access accounts here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Sas Unfortunately, that's the way things are going at the moment. We are all customers here, so have no access to any of O2's systems. All we can advise is that you either keep trying customer service to get an answer, or you wait it out until your port eventually happens.
