Hello everyone.

I received a message "O2: Don't miss out on lots more data.

Renew your bundle before 19/12/2023 and we'll and add an extra 50GB of data to use over 30 days.

After your new Bundle starts, we'll send a text to confirm when your extra data's been added".

I am going away for 2.5 weeks, and I didn't want to pay just yet, but I liked the offer and paid, thinking I'd get the offer. I got the usual 8GB of data, and that's it. 

Why was it not added?

Your extra data normally starts when you have used up the 8GB

Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

If you need to check you could look in My O2 and see if it's there under bolt ons.

Or ring O2 on 4445.
