New phone on old account

I have just recently upgraded my phone ,its fuel sink so not tied to any network, but my account is saying that ik still using my old phone . How do I change the details showing my new phone?

It should update automatically but if not, you'll need to call customer service to do it for you.

You can edit the name yourself in your MyO2 but the actual details can't be changed without customer service assistant Guide: How to find help & contact O2
