New pay as you go sim not working

I’m not able to make calls or send texts with my new pay as you go sim. I only receive 02 texts. I have an iPhone and even with WiFi turned on iMessages is still saying ‘waiting for activation’. I’ve called the pay as you go line twenty times on a different phone and each time it says user busy which is quite frustrating! Any help would be appreciated!

You need to activate the sim by topping up. The first top up needs to be via voucher. Other methods for future top ups here
