I have received Notice of disconnection letters for an O2 monthly contract account that isn't mine, I have never had a contract account, only ever used PAYG and have used the same sim and number for nearly 10 years, these bills aren't displayed on myO2 app.

I have now got defaults on my credit score because of missed payments that aren't mine to pay.  How do I get this corrected and get the defaults off my credit score?

@123abc

 We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.

You need  to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

It is worth bearing n mind @123abc that if you are receiving correspondence about and are being charged in respect of a 'phone that is not yours, you might have been scammed or be the victim of identity fraud.

If you think that you have been the victim of fraud, you might consider :-

1. contacting your bank as they can protect your account and stop unexpected transactions.

2. changing your account and online account passwords.

3. contacting O2 customer services as suggested by @Cleoriff above.
