Solved: top up did not go in my number

Hello I have top up my phone on April 11,2024. My number should be able to make a call( for 6 month). in UK but it cannot.

If on a big bundle your allowances are only valid for 30 days.

If on a classic PAYG only calls to UK standard numbers are included.
