My tariff

I’ve topped my account up to renew my tarrif but i can’t renew without topping up again it always happens and I end up paying twice I won’t do this again!!  Can you please take ten pounds from my o2account and not my bank and renew my tarrif

Sounds like you may be on a Rolling Plan Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" - payment will always come from your debit or credit card, spare "balance" will be used for chargeable items, (eg  international calls or texts from UK to anywhere outside UK, for MMS, for data if you use your allowance before your top-up date, etc)
