If you get your number back remember that O2 likes to see a Chargeable Call made at least every 6 months to keep it active 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The advice given by @MI5 on another thread is to make a chargeable call more frequently than every six months, given that O2 seem to be looking to cut-off anyone on Classic PAYG. 

 

In this situation, I make a short chargeable call (fifteen seconds) on my Classic PAYG SIM every Monday morning ; the cost is negligible and has enabled me to steer clear of issues. 👍
