Mums PAYG Classic doesn't offer bonuses

Hi all,

 

Bit of a conundrum here my mum and I both use O2 PAYG classic. Every few days I get texts with offers for top ups and extras etc.

My mum don't however and doesn't receive anything above what she tops up. I not aware of anything that has been set different between our phones. Can anybody point me in the right direction to getting her on board too?
