Hi!!

Complete newbie here ....hoping someone can help me!

I ordered an Ipad 8th Gen beginning of Nov for my daughter, for Christmas....Im still yet to receive this.

initially, when I ordered it stated delivery within 2 weeks....Received an email to say it was out of stock. I then checked and it said delivery within 4 weeks, wasn't to worried as assumed would be in for Christmas.
Week before Christmas, checked again and it then stated delayed. No-one can tell me when order will be with me!

New to O2 also....Anyone offer any advice or anyone waiting on orders??

We hear that more stock is arriving next week but for your specific order, you'll need to ask O2.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

We've been told mid January by others who have been advised by customer service

Just hope they get enough for all the back-orders
