Hi, in my latest bill I’ve been charged international calls while abroad but I haven’t received or made any calls whilst travelling.
I’ve got a local sim and only make calls via what’s app on the wifi.
i have the o2 data switched off.
can you please investigate and explain what the calls are for and how they are in my bill?
The breakdown provided in my o2 doesn’t give me enough info to understand the source of the call charges.

As customers like yourself we have no access to your account.
You need to contact O2. Only they can explain what's happened.

@Soph1a9 Did you leave voicemail turned on. If so any calls to your phone which are unanswered, rejected or the phone turned off will be diverted back to your voicemail and charged as an outgoing call
Common problem and a common mistake of not turning off voicemail while still in the UK.
If you are somewhere were calls are £2 per minute it can get expensive.
