HI,
I cannot top up my PAYG phone for the first time. I have entered all my details correctly and have also spoken with my bank who have checked and there are no issues their end.
What happens..
1. The payment says it has been authorised
2. Then it states "We couldnt process your payment"
Does anyone know whats wrong? as my bank are saying this is an issue on the o2 side?
