Phone exchange

Hi I took the 12 pro out last week on 02 refresh thinking of swapping for the s21

Could someone explain how the exchange would work and how long ?

You will need to do 14 day return, and then take out a new contract for the S21

You will I'm afraid need to contact o2

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an agent

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
