Hi, I just bought the pay as you go sim card and i can't top up by dailing 4444 and on the web. I am wondering how i can sort this out.

Hi @Anonymous you are the 2nd person to complain of this today. There must be a system error. Try by buying a voucher...or any of the other methods listed here in PAYG section https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill/ba-p/1014090

Thank so much! I've been trying nearly ten times!!!! Still can't top up.... I will try later or tomorrow morning or will just buy a voucher. Thanks again!

Maybe the voucher will be your best bet @Anonymous. They are readily available from local shops and garages.
Hope it gets sorted soon..

Pay system o2 is still sucked - I can't top up online as a regular customer. Maybe it's time to change IT into your network operator..? 😕

This thread is nearly a year old @Locka so it's pretty poor that people are still having problems
