I can not make or receive any calls, I can send or receive texts

Hello,

I couldn`t get any bank calls from Lloyds, phoned o2 yesterday and they said it will take 24h to unlock all the calls. I was told to restart my phone, so I did several times. From yesterday I can not make or receive any calls , but I can or receive text messages. Lines are so busy. I need my phone to make calls. What can I do?

I would start with a new sim. Either instore or by calling O2.
