Hi,
An elderly relative with dementia, stays in a Care Home. She has a mobile phone with a Pay as you Go SIM card to keep in touch with family. Unfortunately, this phone has now run out of credit, and due to the Lockdown I am not able to access the phone to top it up. Is there any way that I can top up this phone remotely (i did not set up My O2 with this phone)
thanks for your help.

Hi Bambino,
Thanks for your help, however it looks like all these options requre.
1) Me to have access to the moblile phone
2) Me to have a MY O2 account set up
3) A top up voucher ( which also reqire me to have the phone)
I was hoping that ther was a way to topup from my own computer - I know the mobile number that i want to top-up
