yesterday was my renewal bundle day which I had for £10 a month. I decided to switch to £15 to get more data and immediately topped up. Guess what? It didn’t work the £15 bundle but it renewed the £10 one remaining with a £5 balance. Today i looked at my O2 account and it shows I have no bundle and only £3 balance as £2 have already been used on data. What the heck is that? This is so stupid and annoying
