Hi I followed the instruction of the mail to top up my card and text FREE10 to 21500, but i received a message that "it looks like this offer isn't for you." 

 

This offer will expire on 27.05

 

anyone please help? did I do something wrong?

Call Customer Services on 4445 at around 8am in the morning, see if they can help you out, @Vicisme - it happens sometimes if the SIM was bought from somewhere other than O2 directly. Good luck!

Call Customer Services on 4445 at around 8am in the morning, see if they can help you out, @Vicisme - it happens sometimes if the SIM was bought from somewhere other than O2 directly. Good luck!
