Always keep getting Error Code 500 when I try to top-up the Sim Card, without this I cannot use the phone - is there a solution?

Hi @DRennie have you tried using a different card or a top up voucher? This guide may help you

All we know is posted in your other thread here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-As-You-Go/PAYG-SIm-Card/m-p/1114701
As said there, you need to call customer services if the advice to use a voucher doesn't work http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi @DRennie. Pleased to see your problem is now solved. Although it appears a drastic solution to take out a contract just because you couldn't top up. Still if you are OK with that then all's good...

To be honest I don't see the point of big bundles on payandgo as you have to top up each month so you may as well take out a 30 day sim only.

Totally agree @jonsie. Seems by far the best way all round...(perhaps that's what @DRennie actually did? )
