Draining Credit

Hi

I'm having an issue with disapearing credit and hoping someone can help me.

I manage this account for my father he is in a nursing home and suffers from dementia. Prior to the last month or so I would £10 credit on his phone and this would last him proabably about 3-4 weeks  however in the last month he's had over £40 put on there and is now back down to nearly £0. Due to his condition I though he may just be dialing random number but checking on his call log he isn't except for the odd exception. 

 

He has an Art phone which doesn't have the internet so it can't be data. I have contacted o2 live chat but they seem to think the charges were normal when they clearly aren't.

 

Does any body have any clue as to why this may be happening?

Ask O2 to send you an accurate call and text breakdown of all charges. 
It's the only way you can know for sure.
