Hi

I have an old Nokia slide phone with a large (standard?) PAYG SIM card. I want to get a new PAYG smart phone which will obviously need a smaller SIM card. I haven't chosen the phone yet but I have been told a new SIM card will come in various sizes. I want to keep my O2 number, will the new SIM card reflect this?  Is this easy to do under the present circumstances as your shops are closed. Is it just a case of inserting the new SIM in the phone and it will connect?

Select the option to have a new SIM when you upgrade and it should arrive already setup with your number on it.

If not you can do a SIM swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
