Hello,
I have an O2 account that I no longer use, as it has the wrong DOB. I have a new O2 account but I am unable to attach my current number to it as it is used in the old account. The old account had a pay as you go SIM, and the new account had a Pay monthly SIM. However I currently am with a different provider and no longer have an O2 number, but I am still using the same number, as every time I changed my SIM I carried over my number.
I contacted support through web chat and after answering multiple security questions told me to come here. I'm not sure what to do about this, I really have no need for 2 accounts.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
