I have phone insurance for a phone I no longer have, and Disney plus which is not wanted

I would like cancel both but unable to get any help when ringing O2 itself

You can cancel Disney yourself Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

For insurance, you need to speak to O2 you’d need to call O2’s customer service team – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
