You will probably have to contact customer services to get it changed Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

However if its a new purchase, it should update itself within 72 hrs in My O2.

Well as i said previously, O2 via a call (not live chat) are the only people who can sort this @us1

It doesn't really affect your usage of the phone so I wouldn't get too upset about it unless you have insurance from O2, in which case customer service must sort it out for you.
