Data not working with top up

I topped up 1 time and got 6gb of data which was sweet for £10 now ive topped up 10 again and i dont get 6gb of data i cant contact 02 as they arent taking calls someone help

Your allowances only renew on your anniversary date, not each time you top up.

Thats strange is there any thing i can do to get my data now as this is when i need it? Ive topped up 30 quid this past 2 weeks and its just been wasted without reason

First you need to change your tariff to give you more data as it will be cheaper in the long run.

You'll also need to call 4445 to ask customer services to start your new tariff early.
