So I have paid £10 to O2 for data but I have received no data!!! What can I do?

@HJB102001 need more info to help but try texting the word "active" to 2020 or contact customer service for help.

Oh right sorry haha. Full story is: my data was supposed to be finished today 13th of February but on 10th Feb i ran out of data so I topped up £10 however I didn’t receive any data. Then I waited till today to see if I get some data but still nothing!?

Check your balance to make sure you still have £10 to buy new bundle,

Your £10 should pay for your bundle but its quite possible you used some days or xterm and you now don't have the full £10 to buy it. TexT BALANCE to 20202

Okay so guys do not pay before your monthly allowance has ended because if you do you will be charged £1 daily for data and won’t receive your next bundle. Just wait until after your renewal date or you will have a load of problems
