Data issue

just topped up my new 02 sim with £10 big bundle including 7gb data unlimited calls and text for a month however on the my o2 app it’s saying I only have 800mb of data till next month when the big bundle included 7g it’s now asking me to tip up again with £10 to switch to a rolling plan
