I have disabled relative who is using pay & go.
They have topped up phone twice this week and substantial credit being taken almost immediately. This is their only means of contact, I am unable to contact O2, shops are not open, is there a number I can contact on their behalf

Do you know what tariff he is on?
If it's a big bundle the credit is taken each month in exchange for allowances
