I have had this phone Nokia 1.3 since Monday and my balace has gone from £10.07 to £5.87 can any tell me why this is happening as I really have not use the phone just ckecking what I have to do to use it?

If you haven't made calls or sent texts, it will be dta use.

Go to settings and turn off mobile data then turn on wifi. That will ensure that your credit isn't used for data and only wifi when in range of your router.

Just slide your finger down from the top of the screen.

You will see a row of icons which include mobile data and wifi.

Turn data off and wifi on by tapping on the icon.

Sorry it is me again just checked balance on pay as you go and find 20p has ben taken again I only received calls from sister in law so do I have to pay for this?

This has happened on one of our phones. It has lost maybe £15 in balance over the past month, but the phone itself is saying that mobile usage is only 149 mb for the same period.

I have done a few searches on this to see if anyone has had something similar happen to them, but can't really think of much else now other than contacting O2 direct
