my name is Jose Ramos
last saturday 7th i bougth new phone and new contract online O2 website, ready paid upfront by paypal money comeout from my bank account when i try back to O2 website system told me Have some problems with your O2 account call to us.
I try call to O2 i explaine the situaction and some lady said everithing is ok now.
i order new on o2 website but still the same Have some problems with your O2 account call to us.
what can i do?

You'll have to call O2 again unfortunately.
I can only guess that there is an identity check or further credit checks required.
