Hi,
I am tryin to purchase a game through charge to mobile on xbox but it's not working. I've just been through xbox support and they said I need to contact you. I've completed all steps with xbox already.
How do I enable charge to mobile on my phone?
If you're a Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly customer,
you already have Charge to Mobile
so you don't have to do anything.

You have to call up o2 and they will apply it if your eligible it can take 72 hours to get a txt to say it’s active
the spend cap isn’t anything to do with digital content and those saying you need to up it are incorrect.
charge to mobile is not related to spend cap
