My number is ************.
I was charged for using mobile data on 16th and 17th of November. But I DID NOT USE any mobile data.
It must have been a fault in the system. My mobile uses two SIM cards and for any mobile data the number *********** is being charged.
Please check and refund.
I contacted your helpline and I was informed that the complain is registred but so far I haven't got any reply /email confirmation to prove it.

Also note complaints to O2 can take 8 or more weeks to be responded to, and usually mean no other help will be afforded you until the complaint is closed or resolved. Good luck!

It is very rare for the system to be wrong. More likely your phone has used data in the background without you realising.
Check your phone's data usage.
