I've just topped up £20 to change my tariff to the £20 big bundle, but its not letting me do it even though i have £20 credit

Did you change your tariff in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I changed my payg bundle some time ago and its best if you call customer service as otherwise you’ll have to wait until your current one ends.
