So I changed from 10 pounds a month to 15 pounds a month. Topped up 15 and it took 10 pounds off and said I had 10 pound tarrif. Now its moved to 15 and wants me to tip up yet again. And says I have no allowance? Really don't want to pay another 10 pounds to get it as I just had 10 pounds taken off and nothing back.

Customer service aren’t taking any calls. I’ve got an issue with a my newly switched from contract to PAYG defaulting to a bundle that has taken all my £10 top up and no way of changing to the basic tariff.

The only tariffs available are big bundles on P&G

You will need to consider giffgaff to get the tariff you want @JasonHindley

It's easy to port now that you are P&G
