Change my data bundle date

Data bundle finished. I topped up and purchased another bundle, I then applied it through your automated phone line because when I dialed 4445 there was no customer service. Now I have received a text to say the bundle will not be activated till 25th April!!!!!!! This is a disaster because my mobile data is the only form of wifi I have, there must be a solution to be able to use my data bundle from today??????????

Topping up early does not cause your allowance to re-start unfortunately.
As advised you will need to call customer services @Thamir.
