Hi i need to cancel my SIM plan but can’t seem to find where I can do this…. Please help

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As you posted in PAYG, just stop using your sim. Cancel your auto top up if you set that up and your sim will be disconnected after 6 months.

Rolling Plan didn't renew but I was charged anyway...
