Hello please I have a contract sim now and I have a tarrif on my old sim and they take the money monthly from my bank but doesn’t come up as direct debt I have checked please how do I cancel this ?

Are you still with o2, and did you move the old PAYG number to Pay monthly?
If you did then the old payments will stop automatically.
If you didnt you will need to remove the payment method from the old number in myo2 or by calling Customer Services on 4445
