Can’t connect to 4g

I’m a carer for a young man who has o2 payg he’s had it for 3 weeks and has topped up and it’s now saying he has £18 credit .but it won’t let him connect to 4g it’s saying he has to wait for big bundle ... could anyone help as o2 aren’t available by phone .. thanks

Thanks for your reply... I’m not with him at the moment he tried rebooting but I’ll tell him to try it again... would it possibly be anything to do with this big bundle that he’s referring to I was wondering g if he’s tied into some kind of deal .. although he pays by voucher

Would have expected it to use the credit.
