Call failed... (Based in Germany)

Hi there, i cant call the 4444 or any other numbers! I must say im based in Germany i open a brand new Sim Card and topped up 10£ i have also the Bundle sometimes 4G works but i cant call... What can i do? THX Guys

Please see the below: Call 4444 free from your mobile anywhere in the world. If the country doesn't allow shortcode dialling, enter *111*# and press the call button. Have your debit or credit card handy and follow the instructions. You can also use top-up vouchers abroad. Or top up online using Web top-up.

Also note i think if topping up, it needs to be a UK based credit/debit card .

You can always try calling +44 7860 980 202 from either the o2 phone or another phone number

Your first top up should be by voucher

Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)If you check this guide, it will give you info on topping up when abroad (at the bottom of the guide)

You also may have a roaming bar on your account.
