Hi I topped up my phone thinking I was going to get a £10 bolt on but nothing came on my phone when I did it, I would be most grateful if you could please help me resolve this

If you run out of data before that, you need to change your tariff to get more data.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
