As I was sharing a contact telephone number with WhatsApp I lost all my balance approx £9. I tried to share it again and it will not allow me to share the contact unless I top up my acc. After topping my acc. I tried to share my acc only to lose further £3.42. O2 shoud reimburse me all the money lost due to technical error.

Hi @rjp - I don't understand how WhatsApp (which uses your data or WiFi) could be shared and cause you to lose money - unless you were sharing links using SMS/text messages, and these were being treated by O2's network as MMS messages - Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it
If you wish to ask O2 for a refund, you are going to have to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ).
You can also reach out to O2 on Facebook or Twitter - links just below this post.
Good luck!
