Is there any way to stop the bundle call remark being said before a call is made?

I thought that would be the case. Its not the same as turning off balance notifications.

Hey @Anonymous thanks for coming back to update on that, sorry to hear it was not possible after all 😞 did they give you a reason why?

 

Edit: after some investigating it seems that the option shows in the system, hence our confusion, it cannot be actioned on the account unfortunately 😞 which was correctly advised by customer service.
