Is it a new sim card that you topped up?

Hi @Anonymous you may have purchased a £10 bundle which means you will have paid for allowances to use such as minutes texts & data which they would have taken the credit to pay for. There is no email contact unless you call payg customer service on 4445

No, its one i have topped up a number of times but first time i have done this online, normally i would go to Tesco and get a top up voucher from there.

Im not sure, got the SIM years ago, i have a receipt showing that i have added £20 to the pay as you go but balance is only £10. Is there a number i can dial from a non-O2 phone? I have tried replying to the email i got sent but it bounces back each time (feedback@O2.com) which is annoying
