Is there any way to stop the bundle call remark being said before a call is made?

You could call 4445 and ask them to turn off balance alerts but if that doesn’t do it, there’s nothing else.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I well imagine that could get very annoying. Hope turning off balance notifications stops it but it may be a feature of the tariffs.

Hey @Anonymous how are you getting on with this? Just double checked on our end also - you should be able to indeed turn off this notification by calling through to the Pay and Go customer services. slight_smile

Cheers @MI5 & @jonsie slight_smile
