Added money to betting account and now need to show proof of funds

I used my PAYG sim to top up my betting account and they are requesting a phone bill as proof of funds. How to I get transaction of PAYG number?

There are no bills as such for PAYG

You could do a screen grab of My O2 showing the credit on the phhone
