£90 of credit has evaporated and don't know how to track it down

Despite the lockdown I had to fly to Australia two weeks ago (long story, don't ask)

Just before leaving I topped up with £90 credit to give me plenty of buffer as I needed to call Aus consulate, Health departments etc (from UK) to negotiate the lockdown.

However I didn't end up needing to make many calls.

Since being in Aus I have had data roaming switched off, not made any call/texts, only whatsapp on hotel wifi.

Today I see I have £0 of credit remaining and don't see how I could have used £90 of credit in two weeks, I never got any notifications about anything.

But my main question is just that I cant find any way on my o2 to see where all my money has gone?? Does this option not exist for PAYG??

You will need to call O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The 0800 587 4005 number has a high success rate when calling.
