Despite the lockdown I had to fly to Australia two weeks ago (long story, don't ask)
Just before leaving I topped up with £90 credit to give me plenty of buffer as I needed to call Aus consulate, Health departments etc (from UK) to negotiate the lockdown.
However I didn't end up needing to make many calls.
Since being in Aus I have had data roaming switched off, not made any call/texts, only whatsapp on hotel wifi.
Today I see I have £0 of credit remaining and don't see how I could have used £90 of credit in two weeks, I never got any notifications about anything.
But my main question is just that I cant find any way on my o2 to see where all my money has gone?? Does this option not exist for PAYG??
