Can anyone advise me, my mother is being charged 35p per message. Is this the right amount to send a text to another 02 mobile.?

You'll need to call 4445 from 8.00am to check that and get refunded if incorrect.

That all depends on her tariff and allowances but the standard charges can be found in her MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 under tariff details.

Also check if she has topped up to renew her allowances, as if not, credit will be used and charged thus:

Big Bundles

Top up the right amount for your chosen bundle each month and we'll exchange your credit for your minutes, texts and data allowance.

There's no contract with Big Bundles, they last for a month and renew automatically on the same day each month, but only if you've got enough credit to cover the payment. If you don't, you'll be charged at our standard rates, until all your credit's gone.

I have checked and she dhould be paying 15p per text...and she has over £9 pounds of credit on. So not sure why she is being charged 35p.😕
